Job summary

All Points North is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for their PRN pool in Edwards, CO. The RN will provide direct patient care in both Residential and PHP settings for individuals with behavioral health and substance use conditions. Responsibilities include medication management, nursing assessments, and ensuring clients are medically supported.

Candidates must have an ADN or BSN in Nursing with 2+ years of relevant experience and skills in trauma-informed care. The role requires flexibility to work weekends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in mental health, substance use treatment, detox, or medical-surgical nursing.
• Training in trauma-informed care, psychiatric nursing, or dual diagnosis treatment is preferable.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and appropriate references.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in Residential and PHP settings.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Monitor patients during and after Plus Services sessions.
• Engage in trauma-informed interventions and maintain a client-centered approach.
