Job summary

Summa Health is seeking a per diem RN for the Adult Acute Psychiatric Unit in Akron, OH. The role requires ADN with BSN preferred, and an Ohio RN license. You will provide and coordinate nursing care, evaluate patient needs, and support families in a fast-paced behavioral health setting.

ACLS is required and must be obtained within six weeks if not already credentialed. Expect lifting, standing for long periods, and working irregular hours in a high-demand unit.

Qualifications

• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• CurrentOhio RN license to practice.
• ACLS required; acquire ACLS within six weeks if not credentialed.
• Minimum 1 year of recent nursing experience.
• Ability to lift/carry 50+ pounds and stand/walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide, coordinates and/or delegates nursing care.
