Roshal Health is seeking a PRN Respiratory Therapist for Corpus Christi, TX to perform spirometry and comprehensive pulmonary function testing. The role emphasizes patient education, accurate testing, and collaboration with the care team.

Qualified candidates will hold an active Respiratory Therapist license (RRT) with NBRC/CPFT preferred, BLS certification, and the ability to work independently with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as Respiratory Therapist or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT).
• NBRC certification and/or CPFT preferred; AARC Office Spirometry Certificate also accepted.
• BLS/CPR certification required.

Responsabilités

• Perform spirometry and comprehensive pulmonary function tests per protocol.
• Administer albuterol for post-bronchodilator testing.
• Educate patients on proper use of respiratory equipment and testing preparation.
• Monitor patient comfort and equipment function during testing.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate results with care team.
