Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency is seeking a Respiratory Therapist II to deliver complex respiratory care in critical care settings. You will manage ventilators, perform airway procedures, administer aerosols, and analyze arterial blood gases.

You’ll collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure safety, educate patients and families, and mentor staff while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy preferred.
• NBRC-RRT, RCP, BLS, and ACLS certifications required at hire.
• 0-2 years clinical experience, with at least 6 months in critical care.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, assessment, and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Ventilator management, airway procedures, aerosolized medications, and ABG analysis.
• Collaborate with care team to plan and implement patient care, ensuring safety and quality.
