Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, mentor staff, and participate in safety, documentation, and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy preferred.
• NBRC-RRT, RCP, BLS, and ACLS certifications required.
• 0–2 years clinical experience; at least 6 months in critical care.
