Saber Healthcare Group seeks a compassionate Respiratory Therapist to join a skilled nursing facility in Akron, OH. You will deliver respiratory care, develop care plans with the Respiratory Director and nursing staff, and ensure resident comfort and safety.

Qualifications

• Current unencumbered Respiratory Therapist license in the state of work.
• Associate degree in Respiratory Therapy or approved respiratory program completion.
• Active BLS certification required; strong computer skills and EHR experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care in a SNF setting and follow resident care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and aides to ensure quality outcomes.
• Assess patient needs and adjust therapies as prescribed.
