Saber Healthcare Group's Heath Health & Rehab Center in Heath, OH, is hiring a Respiratory Therapist to join our skilled nursing facility team. You will provide high-quality care and help develop and follow resident care plans in collaboration with the Respiratory Director, physicians, nurses, and aides.

We offer 12-hour shifts with Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN opportunities. Expect a wages of $50.00 per hour, with flexible pay options and a comprehensive benefits package designed to support

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a Respiratory Therapist in the state of work.
• Must hold, at minimum, an Associate’s Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved respiratory program.
• Must maintain a current BLS and have basic computer skills, including electronic health records.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality respiratory care as a member of the SNF respiratory team and ensure care plans are followed.
• Develop and ensure resident care plans in collaboration with the Director of Respiratory, physicians, nurses, and other staff.
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and aides to implement care plans and deliver compassionate patient care.
