Saber Health Group in Heath Health & Rehab Center, Heath, OH 43056, is seeking a compassionate Respiratory Therapist to join a dedicated SNF team where you provide quality care and collaborate with the care team to follow resident plans.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a Respiratory Therapist within the state in which you work.
• Must possess, as a minimum, an Associate's Degree from an accredited college or university or be a graduate of an approved respiratory program.
• Must maintain a current BLS. Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including the electronic health record.

Responsibilities

• The primary purpose of your job is to provide quality care as a member of the Respiratory Team in a SNF setting.
• You will develop and ensure the resident care plan is followed in collaboration with the Director of Respiratory, Physicians, nurses, other therapists, and nursing assistants.
