Job summary

OPCO Skilled Management is seeking a dedicated CNA support role at a skilled nursing facility in Albuquerque, NM. Must be able to work weekends and provide quality patient care under licensed therapists.

Starting pay is $19 hourly, dependent on experience, with opportunities to contribute to a compassionate rehabilitation team and participate in telehealth treatments and routine administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous healthcare experience, preferably in skilled nursing.
• Certified Nursing Assistant is a plus.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Sanitizing and organizing therapy room and equipment.
• Attending meetings as assigned by Regional Manager.
• Assist with telehealth treatments.
• Filing, scanning, printing and other administrative duties.
• Assist therapist with resident transport and activities.

Qualifications:

• Provides excellent patient care support under the direction of a licensed therapist.

• Follows patient care-related tasks as determined by the therapy team to assist the patient in achieving optimal goals.

• Must be able to communicate in both verbally and in writing to members of the rehabilitation team.

• Visual acquity to perceive patient reactions to treatment and to read instructions.

• Able to lift and carry equipment, supplies and materials up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
