HCA Houston Healthcare North Cypress is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in the Rehabilitation Unit. You will collaborate with physicians and the care team to provide comprehensive care and advocate for patients and families.

You will assess and plan care, manage unit resources, participate in quality improvement, and assist with admissions and weekly conferences. BLS and TX RN license are required, with 1 year of rehab experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing is required. BSN is preferred.
• Current Texas RN license or Multi-State Compact with TX licensing plan.
• Current BLS Certification is required.
• 1 year of clinical Rehabilitation/Neuro Stroke experience as an RN.

Responsabilités

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for assigned patients.
• Manage personnel, supplies and equipment for the Rehabilitation Unit.
• Participate in quality improvement activities to enhance patient care.
• Instruct patients and families about disease processes.
• Complete admission paperwork specific to the Rehabilitation Unit.
• Participate in weekly patient care conferences as needed.
• Assist with charging the unit when needed.
