Job summary

HCA Houston Healthcare Conroe is seeking a Registered Nurse to coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced hospital setting. You will work with physicians and the care team to implement established nursing models and ensure exceptional clinical outcomes for patients of all ages.

The ideal candidate holds an Associate Degree in Nursing (RN Diploma) with an active state license (compact licenses welcome) and at least 1 year of nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma Required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Preferred.
• 1 year applicable experience Required.
• Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of practice and/or has an active compact license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care.
• Collaborate with medical providers and care team to support outcomes.
• Advocate for patients, families, and caregivers within the care plan.
• Adhere to state and department-specific standards of practice and safety.
