Clovernook Healthcare is seeking compassionate, dependable Registered Respiratory Therapists (RRT) to join our skilled nursing and ventilator care team on a PRN basis. This role offers flexible shifts, strong clinical autonomy, and the chance to earn extra income in a stable long-term care environment with a consistent vent and trach population. Currently looking for casual/prn to work one day Thursday and one day Friday the next.

Focused vent/trach care in a calm SNF setting (less chaos than acute care, more meaningful resident relationships)
Supportive nursing team and leadership who value RT expertise and input
Potential to convert to part-time or full-time as needs arise
Deliver high-quality respiratory care for residents on ventilators, trachs, and oxygen therapy
Perform routine ventilator checks, settings adjustments per orders, and tracheostomy maintenance
Administer nebulizer, bronchodilator, and other prescribed respiratory treatments
Monitor resident respiratory status, document thoroughly, and respond promptly to changes or emergencies
Collaborate with nursing staff, providers, and on-call team for optimal care plans
Maintain, troubleshoot, and ensure respiratory equipment readiness and safety
Support new admissions, weaning protocols, and shift handoffs with clear communication
Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program
Active Ohio RRT license
Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
1+ years experience in ventilator/trach care preferred (SNF, LTACH, or hospital; new grads welcome with strong interest)
Ability to work independently, prioritize safely, and thrive in a geriatric long-term care environment

Competitive PRN hourly rate + shift differentials for nights, evenings, and weekends
