Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program.
• Active Ohio RRT license.
• At least 1 year of respiratory care experience preferred.
• Ventilator and tracheostomy care skills.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, resident-focused.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care to residents on ventilators and oxygen overnight.
• Monitor respiratory status and respond to emergencies.
• Conduct ventilator checks and trach care.
• Document all care, treatments and resident changes.
• Coordinate with overnight nursing staff and on-call providers.
• Maintain and troubleshoot respiratory equipment.
• Support new admissions and communicate overnight updates to the day team.
