Job summary

Saint Alphonsus Medical Center in Nampa, ID seeks a dedicated Registered Respiratory Therapist to join the Respiratory Therapy team. The role covers routine and emergency respiratory procedures, ventilator management, pulmonary diagnostics, airway care, and advanced interventions per physician orders.

Ideal candidates will have an Idaho or Oregon Respiratory Care license, NBRC RRT credential, and BLS certification; ACLS/PALS may be accepted in lieu of BLS.

Qualifications

• Active licensure to practice respiratory care in Idaho or Oregon.
• NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; ACLS/PALS may be accepted in lieu of BLS.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine and emergent respiratory therapy procedures.
• Manage ventilators and perform pulmonary diagnostics.
• Assist with intubation, CPR, bronchoscopy assistance.
• Perform arterial line placements and ABG analysis.
• Mentor new and existing staff and participate in rounds.
