Job summary

Saint Alphonsus Medical Center in Boise, ID seeks a dedicated Registered Respiratory Therapist for a full-time, 12-hour night shift. The role focuses on ventilator management, diagnostics, airway care, and specialized interventions.

You will participate in interdisciplinary rounds, mentor staff, and ensure adherence to established protocols while delivering high-quality care in a mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Active Idaho or Oregon respiratory care license.
• NBRC RRT credential required.
• BLS certification required at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and advanced respiratory therapy procedures per physician orders.
• Ventilator management and airway care with independent clinical judgment.
• Assist with intubation, CPR, bronchoscopy, arterial line placement, and ABG sampling/interpretation.
• Mentor and support Respiratory Therapy staff and participate in rounds.
