Job summary

PruittHealth Hospice in South Carolina is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager to deliver compassionate hospice care in patients' homes or facilities. The RN will evaluate, plan, and coordinate patient care under policy guidelines and the individualized care plan.
