Job summary

Tutera Senior Living & Health Care in Illinois is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide resident-centered care on the night shift. You will ensure efficient nursing services, support care plans, and coordinate with physicians and other staff to maintain quality outcomes.

The role requires an active RN license, strong communication, mentoring of nursing personnel, and a flexible, energetic approach to delivering compassionate care to seniors.

Qualifications

• Must have active RN license in state of practice.
• Prior experience in LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred.

What Will You Do in This Role?

You will operate within the scope of practice defined by the state Nurse Practice Act. As a Registered Nurse | RN, you will also be responsible for resident care and direction of nursing care during assigned shift; includes staff assignments, mentoring and educating nursing personnel, and working with physicians and other medical professionals.
