Premise Health is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse to join our Health Center in Winchester, VA. You will provide nursing care to client employees within the clinic, working within the operating hours of Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, on a PRN basis.

Responsibilities include nursing evaluations, coordinating with physicians, performing tests, administering medications, maintaining records, and promoting patient health with follow-up care.

Formación

• Requires certificate from an accredited Nursing School or an associate degree; BSN preferred.
• Currently licensed Registered Nurse in state of practice.
• BLS certification in health care is required; ACLS may be required depending on contract scope.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patient care needs and perform nursing evaluations.
• Collaborate with physicians and practitioners for further care.
• Perform and document medical tests and treatments (EKG, audiometry, spirometry, vision).
• Administer medications and provide emergency care within scope.
• Maintain equipment and infection control; ensure safe environment.
• Maintain patient records with up-to-date information.
• Educate patients on health promotion and follow-up care.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
