Job summary

Village Caregiving - Green Bay is seeking a compassionate registered nurse to join our home-care team in Paducah, Kentucky. You will visit clients at home for one-on-one assessments and care planning.

You’ll perform initial and ongoing assessments, educate families on home-care strategies, coordinate with the health-care team, assist with training, and help ensure compliance across staff and clients.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate, or Bachelor's School of Nursing, or vocational nursing.
• Current state RN license.
• CPR certification validity.
• Compassionate, friendly demeanor.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Current driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel long distances.
