Job summary

Lifeways is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse in Boise, ID to assess patient health, develop care plans, and administer treatments. The RN will collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Treatment Team and be supervised by the Director of Nursing.

The role requires Idaho RN licensure, AVADE training and CPR within 90 days, and compliance with background checks and fingerprinting. Excellent patient care and documentation are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed RN in accordance with Idaho laws and maintain licensure.
• AVADE training and CPR certification within 90 days of hire.
• Strong English language, spelling, and math for records and requisitions.
• Background check and fingerprinting required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health problems and needs.
