Job summary

Elior North America is seeking a PRN Registered Dietitian to join our healthcare team at Cortland Manor, NY. You will assess patients’ nutritional needs, implement interventions, and collaborate with the care team to support quality of life and nutritional goals.

The position is onsite at Hudson Valley Hospital Center-MAIN, typically 8–16 hours per month with potential for additional coverage. A current RD credential and ongoing CE commitments are required.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Registered Dietitian.
RD credentials and current licensure per state requirements.
Education and CE requirements as per CDR and Academy.
Ability to teach nutrition concepts to teams and patients.

Responsibilities

Provide nutritional expertise to the health care team and educate patients/residents.
Follow Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics standards and facility regulations.
Collaborate with other departments to set up nutrition procedures and policies.
Participate in ongoing quality improvement programs.
