Job summary

Northpoint Recovery Holdings, LLC is seeking a Recovery Technician (PRN) in Edmonds, WA. The role supports patient safety and wellbeing within a multidisciplinary treatment team across a behavioral health inpatient setting.

Shifts include days, swing, and nights on a flexible, as-needed schedule. The position emphasizes direct patient care, documentation, and collaboration with clinical staff to implement care plans.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• 1+ year of relevant work experience.
• Strong English usage and communication skills.
• Ability to implement and interpret department programs and procedures.
• Ability to establish boundaries and build rapport with patients.

Responsibilities

• Interact with patients and communicate observations to clinical staff.
• Follow reporting guidelines when interacting with staff and patients.
• Complete daily logs and forms accurately and on time.
• Maintain daily schedules and structure around transport, meals, and transition times.
• Supervise patients and monitor activities during shifts.
• Promote recreational outings and pro-social coping skills.
• Ensure patient wellbeing and a positive, structured environment.
• Coordinate with clinical and medical staff as needed.
• Document patient care and behavior as required.
• Assist with discharge planning and treatment planning.
