Job summary

Hire Introduction LLC is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant for a PRN/temporary role in El Paso, TX. The RDA will assist dentists, handle sterilization, radiographs, patient education, and records management. CPR/BLS and Texas RDA license are required; CE credits must be maintained annually. Qualifications

• Valid Texas Registered Dental Assistant license and renewal
• CPR/BLS certification required
• Annual Continuing Education as required by state

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during treatment procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment, adhering to infection control protocols
• Take and develop dental radiographs as directed by the dentist
• Provide patients with post-treatment oral care instructions
• Maintain accurate patient records and update them as necessary
• Schedule appointments and manage patient flow to optimize practice efficiency
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive care
• Keep operatory clean, organized and stocked with supplies
• Assist in dental emergencies and provide CPR/BLS as required
• Communicate effectively with patients and staff; bilingual skills are a plus
