HIRE INTRODUCTION LLC is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant on a PRN/temporary basis in Allen, TX. You will support dentists across practices, maintain sterile operations, and manage patient flow.

This role requires a TX RDA license, CPR/BLS, and CE compliance, with bilingual abilities seen as a plus. Responsibilities include assisting during procedures, sterilizing instruments, taking radiographs, educating patients, and maintaining records.

Qualifications

• Registered Dental Assistant License by State.
• Renew license and keep current.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Annual CE as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during treatment procedures while ensuring patient comfort and safety.
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment following infection control protocols.
• Take and develop dental radiographs as directed by the dentist.
• Provide post-treatment oral care instructions to patients.
• Maintain accurate patient records and manage patient flow.
• Schedule appointments and optimize practice efficiency.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care.
• Ensure operatory is clean, organized, and stocked.
• Assist in dental emergencies and provide CPR/BLS as required.
• Communicate effectively with patients and staff; bilingual is a plus.
