Job summary

Wickenburg Community Hospital is seeking a PRN Radiology Technologist to perform high-quality medical imaging exams as prescribed by the provider. The role requires ARRT radiography certification, current CPR/BLS, and an Arizona radiography license.

Responsibilities include image acquisition, image review for accuracy, and occasional additional imaging to support radiologists, plus general departmental duties as needed within a rural hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Minimum of 5 years’ hospital experience.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• HIPAA training completed by hire or within 3 months.
• Maintain ARRT registry in Radiography.
• Arizona license to practice Radiography.

Responsibilities

• Performs medical imaging examinations on patients as prescribed by the provider to deliver high quality imaging studies for diagnostic purposes.
• Reviews imaging studies for clarity and accuracy.
• May take additional imaging to assist the Radiologist.
• Other duties include office and non-office functions as well as assisting with departmental and hospital needs.

Graduation from an accredited school program in Radiological Technology

Current ARRT registry for Radiography

Arizona Department of Health license to practice Radiography
