Job summary

Qualifications

• 0–1 year of clinical radiologic technologist experience required.
• ARRT certification required.
• Licensed Radiologic Technologist per state required.
• BCLS certification within 30 days of hire required.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality radiographic procedures independently, ensuring diagnostic-quality images.
• Apply ALARA principles to minimize radiation exposure.
• Prepare patients, verify orders, identify patients using two identifiers, and explain procedures.
• Document and verify all imaging in PACS for radiologist interpretation.
• Maintain imaging equipment and uphold infection control protocols.
• Communicate effectively with peers, staff, physicians, and administration.
