Job summary

Advocate Health in Charlotte, NC seeks a part-time Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging according to state rules. ARRT registration is required and CPR certification is expected.

Minimum six months of radiologic tech experience is preferred, with patient interaction experience valued. This PRN position follows a Monday–Friday 8am–5pm routine, averaging 1–3 days per week, with no on-call, evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

• Graduate of approved school of Radiologic Technology.
• Minimum six months experience as a diagnostic Radiologic Technologist preferred.
• One year experience with patients preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to hospital policies and promotes teamwork.
• Performs diagnostic/therapeutic radiologic procedures per state rules.
• Maintains readiness of emergency equipment and supplies.
• Ensures accurate patient records and image archival.
• Provides education and consultation to staff and patients.
