Step Up Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide skilled services in a Skilled Nursing Facility in Ocala, FL, working with an interdisciplinary team to improve residents' safety, function, and quality of life.

Qualified candidates will have graduation from an accredited PTA program, active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible), and SNF or post-acute experience preferred. Net Health documentation knowledge is a plus.
