Job summary

Step Up Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our SNF teams in Florida on a PRN basis. You will provide skilled PTA services to residents, helping improve mobility, safety, and independence within dedicated rehab gyms inside skilled nursing facilities.

Ideal candidates hold a Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) and have SNF or post-acute experience. Knowledge of Net Health is a plus. We offer competitive pay and supportive leadership in a positive work culture.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities
