Step Up Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide skilled therapy in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting in Ocala, FL, working inside dedicated therapy gyms and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life for residents.

The role requires graduation from an accredited PTA program and an active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible). SNF or post-acute experience is preferred; familiarity with Net Health is a plus.

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
• Work inside therapy gyms within SNFs to help residents regain function and independence through skilled care.
