Job summary

Step Up Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide skilled therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility in Ocala, FL. You will work inside dedicated therapy gyms, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function and quality of life.

This PRN position offers increased rates when medical benefits are waived, modern facilities with advanced rehab equipment, and a supportive leadership culture with comfortable caseloads.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA services to residents in a SNF while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function and quality of life.
• Work inside dedicated therapy gyms with modern rehab equipment and support resident independence.
