Job summary

Step Up Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for SNF settings in Sarasota, FL. Work inside dedicated therapy gyms at The Springs at Lake Pointe Woods, Palmer Ranch Health and Rehabilitation Center, and Hawthorne Health and Rehabilitation Center – Sarasota.

The role requires Florida PTA licensure (or eligibility) with SNF/post-acute experience preferred. PRN schedule offers competitive pay and travel stipends, with benefits when applicable.

Qualifications

• Graduate PTA program from an accredited program.
• Active Florida PTA license or eligibility required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
