Step Up Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide skilled therapy services in our SNF settings in Sarasota, FL. PRN position with competitive pay and opportunities to work across dedicated therapy gyms within The Springs at Lake Pointe Woods, Palmer Ranch Rehab, and Hawthorne Rehab.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide skilled PTA therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
