Step Up Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Sarasota, FL, serving residents at The Springs at Lake Pointe Woods and partner SNFs. This PRN role offers increased rates when medical benefits are waived and involves working in dedicated therapy gyms within skilled nursing facilities.

Provide skilled PTA services, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, and support residents in regaining function and independence. Florida PTA license or eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license or license-eligible required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide skilled PTA services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function and quality of life.
