Step Up Rehab seeks a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide skilled therapy to residents in our SNFs Boca Pointe and Rosewood centers in Lake Worth Beach, FL. This PRN position offers increased rates when medical benefits are waived and includes modern rehab gyms, a supportive leadership team, and meaningful care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
