Step Up Rehab, the in-house therapy provider at Hawthorne Center for Rehabilitation & Healing and TimberRidge Center, is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for PRN coverage in Ocala, FL. Work inside dedicated therapy gyms to help residents regain function and independence with a team-focused approach.

Qualifications include graduation from an accredited PTA program and an active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible).

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.

Education
