Job summary

Stern Therapy Consultants in Greenfield, MA is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a PRN position. You will work alongside experienced rehabilitation professionals to help residents build strength, mobility, and independence.

Responsibilities include providing PT treatments under a licensed PT, guiding exercises, observing progress, documenting care, and collaborating with the care team. New graduates welcome; MA PTA license required.

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts PTA license required.
• New graduate PTAs welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Guide residents through therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance activities, transfers, and mobility tasks.
• Carry out established treatment plans based on resident goals.
• Observe resident response to treatment and communicate progress to the supervising PT.
• Reinforce safe movement and mobility techniques.
• Complete required clinical documentation.
• Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary care team.
