Stern Therapy Consultants is hiring a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant for Autumn Lake at Salem County in Salem, NJ. You will provide PT-directed interventions and coach residents to improve balance, strength, and functional activity.

Responsibilities include assisting with mobility tasks, ensuring proper use of equipment, and documenting treatment notes. Benefits include flexible PRN scheduling and collaboration with the care team.

Competenze

• Active New Jersey Physical Therapist Assistant license.
• Ability to deliver treatment safely within an established plan of care.
• Strong communication, observation, and documentation skills.

Mansioni

• Provide physical therapy interventions directed by the supervising PT's plan of care.
• Coach residents through prescribed exercises to improve balance, strength and activity tolerance.
• Assist with bed mobility, transfers, and walking with appropriate assistance.
• Instruct residents in safe use of mobility equipment and reinforce PT techniques.
• Monitor symptoms and performance; report changes to the supervising therapist.
• Complete clear treatment notes and coordinate mobility guidance with nursing and rehab staff.
