Job summary

Absolute Rehabilitation and Consulting is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join Regina Health Center in Richfield, Ohio. This role offers no minimum hourly requirement and flexible weekday and weekend hours to fit your schedule.

You will implement treatment plans, guide therapeutic exercises, monitor patient progress, and assist the supervising Physical Therapist in delivering patient-centered care within a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist to help patients improve mobility, strength, and function.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, modalities, and activities to assist in their recovery.
• Monitor and document patient progress, reporting any significant changes to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Encourage and motivate patients to meet their rehabilitation goals while ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
