Absolute Rehabilitation and Consulting is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support patients in Massillon, OH. You will implement treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, guiding patients through exercises and modalities to improve mobility and function.

In this role you will monitor patient progress, document outcomes, and motivate individuals to reach their rehabilitation goals in a supportive team environment with flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist to help patients improve mobility, strength, and function.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, modalities, and activities to assist in their recovery.
• Monitor and document patient progress, reporting any significant changes to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Encourage and motivate patients to meet their rehabilitation goals while ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
