Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited therapy assistant program.
• A minimum of one year therapy assistant experience.
• Sound clinical judgment and collaboration within an interdisciplinary team.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; able to prioritize workload.

Responsibilities

• Provide PT services under supervision according to policies and regulations.
• Assist assessment and contribute to the treatment plan with customer focus.
• Document daily charges, progress notes, and reports accurately.
• Monitor and adjust therapeutic interventions based on patient response.
• Educate customers and families; document learning needs and outcomes.
• Coordinate with team for discharge planning and updates.
• Demonstrate clinical skills and update proficiency annually.
• Maintain schedule to meet productivity targets and inform supervisor.
• Contribute to program development, quality improvement, and budgets.
• Comply with HIPAA and corporate compliance policies.
