In this role, you’ll assist treating patients by following an individualized plan of care developed by Physical Therapists. You will help develop and implement treatment programs, assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques, discuss treatment with patients and record

• Ensure every patient receives quality treatment resulting in excellent functional outcomes.
• With assistance of physical therapist, develop and implement physical therapy treatment programs based on each patient's needs.
• Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with Physical Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard physical therapy equipment.
