Enhance Rehabilitation in Belvidere, IL is seeking a qualified Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team. Working under the guidance of a Physical Therapist, you will help treat patients by following an individualized plan of care developed by Physical Therapists.

You will assist with all phases of physical therapy, discuss treatments with patients, document responses in charts after each visit, and maintain ongoing communication with the Physical Therapist, Rehab Director and facility staff

As an Enhance Rehabilitation physical therapist assistant, working under the guidance of a physical therapist, you will be a part of growing team. • Ensure every patient receives quality treatment resulting in excellent functional outcomes.
• With assistance of physical therapist, develop and implement physical therapy treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs.
• Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
