Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a psychiatric health-care facility preferred.
• Current Florida RN licensure and BLS certification.
• CPR certification; restraining procedures training within 30 days; ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

• Implement the nursing process in all aspects of patient care for all populations.
• Apply theories to psychiatric nursing practice to assure comprehensive care.
• Prioritize workload and coordinate care across units in a busy setting.
