Job summary

United Surgical Partners International, Inc. is seeking a PRN Pre Admissions Registered Nurse (PAT RN) for Haymarket Surgery Center to support pre-operative assessment and patient flow from admission to surgery.

The RN will conduct pre-operative assessments, collaborate with the care team, educate patients and families, ensure compliance with standards, and maintain accurate records. A VA RN license, 3 years perioperative experience, and BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in VA.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a surgical or perioperative setting.
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Current BLS certification.
