Job summary

Mountain Family Health Centers seeks a PRN Medical Doctor or Advanced Practice Provider to deliver acute, chronic, and preventative medical care in Colorado. The role is as-needed (PRN) with compensation structured hourly and licensure-appropriate.

Compensation ranges from $60 to $145 per hour, dependent on licensure and experience, with a mission-driven team and a balance of work-life in a mountain community offering year-round outdoor recreation.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an approved medical school with postgraduate training; Board-Eligible or Board-Certified.
• Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies with current Colorado APRN or PA license.
• National board certification.
• Minimum three years in a family practice setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide acute, chronic, and preventive medical care as a physician or APP on a PRN basis.
• Perform professional medical activities and support whole-person care within Mountain Family Health Centers.

General Purpose:

This position will perform professional medical activities as a physician, providing acute, chronic, and preventative medical care. This is a PRN position on an as‑needed basis.

Job Qualifications:

• Graduation from an approved medical school with satisfactory completion of a post-graduate training program and is Board-Eligible or Board-Certified by the American Board of physician’s specialty; or,
• Master’s degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies with current Colorado APRN or PA license
• National board certification
• Minimum three (3) years in a family practice setting preferred.
