Job summary

Mountain Family Health Centers in Avon, Colorado, is seeking a PRN Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to provide primary care to patients aged 0-20, with an hourly rate of $60-$67 as needed.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice in Colorado with full prescriptive authority.
• Minimum three (3) years in a Pediatric setting preferred.
• PALS Certification preferred and BLS required.

General Purpose:

To provide primary health care services including well care and prevention/management of pediatric acute illnesses and chronic conditions for patients aged 0-20.

Job Qualifications:

• Graduation from an approved nursing school with MSN in Pediatric Nursing in Primary Care or equivalent.
• Board-Certified by the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board or American Nurses Credentialing Center.
• Licensed to practice in the State of Colorado with full prescriptive authority.
• Minimum three (3) years in a Pediatric setting preferred.
