Qualifications

• Active Colorado APRN or PA license is required.
• National board certification is required.
• Minimum 2 years primary care experience preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• DEA license eligible or held.
• Spanish skills preferred; CC LA assessment may yield pay increase.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary health care services including general and preventive medical care.
• Collaborate with the care team to support whole-person, integrated care.
• Participate in clinic operations and patient education.

General Purpose:

To provide primary health care services including general and preventive medical care.

Job Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies

• Eligible or holds a DEA license.
• Medical Spanish skills preferred but not required. Eligible for a pay increase upon successful completion of the Spanish Clinic Cultural Linguistic Assessment (CCLA)

Salary: $109,699 - $121,388 Annually; DOQ which includes $4,500 geographic pay incentive based on location

Sign-On Bonus: up to $10,000
