Job summary

Mountain Family Health Centers is seeking a PRN Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to join a mission-driven team in Basalt, Colorado. This role offers an hourly rate of $60–$67 and requires APN licensure with prescriptive authority and pediatric-focused MSN.

The position is non-benefit eligible, emphasizing flexible, community-centered care. Ideal candidates will have PALS preferred and BLS required, with a minimum of three years in pediatrics.

Qualifications

• MSN in Pediatric Nursing in Primary Care or equivalent required.
• Board-Certified by Pediatric Nursing Certification Board or American Nurses Credentialing Center.
• Licensed to practice in Colorado with prescriptive authority.
• PALS Certification preferred; BLS required.
• Minimum three years in pediatric setting preferred.

• Provide pediatric primary health care including well care and prevention/management of acute illnesses and chronic conditions for patients aged 0–20.

General Purpose:

Job Qualifications:

• Graduation from an approved nursing school with MSN in Pediatric Nursing in Primary Care or equivalent.
• Board-Certified by the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board or American Nurses Credentialing Center.
• Licensed to practice in the State of Colorado with full prescriptive authority.
• Minimum three (3) years in a Pediatric setting preferred.
• PALS Certification preferred and BLS required
