Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in PTA from an accredited program.
• Proficient in Net Health and Point Click Care.
• Licensed as a PTA in the state.
• CPR certification if required by licensure.
• Continuing education requirements must be met.

Responsibilities

• Treat residents under supervision of a PT.
• Complete timely, accurate documentation in accordance with requirements.
• Maintain a safe treatment environment and infection control protocols.
• Educate residents and families on home exercise, safety techniques, and fall prevention.
• Communicate progress to physicians, nursing staff, and the interdisciplinary team.
